As a non-profit organization, we put our ideals into action through best practices of supportive housing, community building, trauma healing, educational support, professional development, fundraising, financial transparency, city-wide collaboration, and more.
As a spiritual community, we pursue practices that encourage personal transformation and lifestyles of generosity, peace, and self-emptying love. “Act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God.” (Micah6:8). Staff members participate in the spiritual life of Mile High Ministries, and must be eager and able to integrate our mission, vision, and values both personally and professionally.
